Det går fort nu!

För ett par poster sen skrev jag om en ny tjänst som heter Gleamd (om inbjudningar önskas säg till). Tjänster verkar ok, men har i min mening inte riktigt “suget”. Matt, som ligger bakom Gleamd, skrev följande på sin blogg precis. Man kan kort konstatera att det går fort i branchen just nu.

“I was thinking about how fast everything seems to be moving so I thought I’d type out a little timeline of Gleamd so far.
It starts with me sitting in my room going through my feed reader thinking “Well, I could look for more blogs on Technorati, but I’d rather look for a directory of interesting people…” because I’ve always been more interested in the blogger than the blog. So after finding no resources I thought to myself… well, I could go to sleep, or I could drink another Rockstar and maybe try to create this myself. I’m sure you can guess what happened next.
After spending a few days on it, I decided to put it online, and show it to a few friends on Twitter. Those friends started to talk, and I watched the word Gleamd spread to people I couldn’t even trace to two or three degree of myself. Then comes to Mashable article and the Digg homepage.
Cut to 12 days later, and I’m sitting in San Francisco at a True Ventures party, watching Kara Swisher of the Wall Street Journal interview everyone.
Now I’m at the two week mark, I’ve investors, I’ve done some interviews, and I’ve got a plan for the next few weeks.
For a 19 year old kid, I think I did alright…
Now it’s time to start on the next version of Gleamd, a new interface, and some features that Gleamd the killer app”

Som sagt det går fort i branchen just nu. Lite för fort kanske?
